Shipping Policy for sending medicines within India

  • Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 2 -4days after your case has been discussed with the doctor and will be shipped through a domestic courier company.
  • Most orders are delivered within 7 days to 14 days (with in Kerala next day or within 2 days )
  • Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through whatsapp

Shipping Policy for International Orders (outside India)

  • All international orders (outside India) would be processed within 2-4 days after your case has been discussed with the doctor and will be shipped through DHL, Aramex, and FedEx

Please confirm with the courier agency in your country whether they can deliver the medicines there

  • Most orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks to foreign destinations.
  • Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) and the other details through WhatsApp.
  • You can track the status of your package through the courier agency website.
