Endometriosis can cure with homeopathic medicines without laparoscopic surgery
Endometriosis is a hormonal and immune system disease in which the tissue similar to that lines the inside of the uterus (endometrium) grow, and function outside the uterus, (endometrial implant). generally in the pelvic region. In endometriosis, displaced endometrial tissue continues to act as it normally would — it thickens, breaks down and bleeds with each menstrual cycle. This blood has no way to exit your body, it becomes trapped.
And form a cyst called When endometriosis involves the ovaries, cysts called endometriomas may form. Surrounding tissue can become irritated, eventually developing scar tissue and adhesions — (abnormal tissue that binds organs together.)
Endometriosis can cause pain — sometimes severe — especially during your period.

Location of Implants
Ovaries
Fallopian tubes
Uterine surface
Bowel
Bladder
Rectum
peritoneum.
Rarely-spinal column, nose, lungs, pelvic lymph nodes, the forearm, and the thigh.

Process of Endometriosis
Each month, endometrial implants fill with blood, thicken, break down, and bleed.
Products of the endometrial process cannot be shed through the vagina. Instead, the implants develop in to collections of blood that form cysts. Lesions may grow as the cycle continues

Infertility is main thecomplication of endometriosis
It Distort the anatomy of the pelvis
If implants occur in the fallopian tubes, they may block the egg’s passage.
Implants that occur in the ovaries prevent the release of the egg.
Adhesions that form among the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes can prevent the transfer of the egg to the tube.
Hormonal and Ovulatory Abnormalities.
Impaired Implantation.
How can we prevent endometriosis?
You can’t prevent endometriosis.
But you can reduce your chances of
developing it by lowering the levels of
the hormone estrogen in your body
How we can lower the levels of
the estrogen
Exercise regularly Regular exercise and a lower amount of body fat help decrease the amount of estrogen circulating through the body (more than 4 hours a week)
Avoid large amounts of alcohol. Alcohol raises estrogen levels..
Avoid large amount of drinks with caffeine. Studies show that drinking more than one caffeinated drink a day, can raise estrogen levels
Food to avoid
Wheat—contains phytic acid & gluten
Red meats promotes negative prostaglandins cause inflammation
Refined and concentrated carbohydrates
Refined sugar and honey, chocolate cause inflammation
Dairy products – milk cheese , butter cream cause inflammation
Eggs- dioxin
Fried foods – stimulate
negative prostaglandins
Diet to reduce symptoms
Mustard greens, dark green vegetables .broccoli, cabbage will modulate estrogen levels
Eat a high fiber diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, (excluding wheat) and nuts
Brown rice
ginger , garlic, onions
oatmeal
Eat more sources of
omega–3 fats such as
fatty fish fishoil
pumpkin seeds
Choose organicproduce,
meat, and milk
when possible
TREATMENT
There are medicines in homoeopathy to
1.To inactivate the extra endometrial tissue
2. To absorb the endometrial products
3.To dissolve the scar tissue and addition
4.To modulate estrogen levels

MALE INFERTILITY –Delayed liquefaction of semen may lead to infertility.

Semen is a thick gel at the time of ejaculation and normally becomes liquid within 20 -30minutes after ejaculation. When semen is ejaculated, it is thick and gelatinous. This is to help it adhere to the cervix.  .The liquefaction is the process when the gel formed by proteins from the seminal vesicles is broken up and the semen becomes more liquid. The semen eventually liquefies to enable the sperm to swim better Liquefaction time is a measure of the time it takes for the semen to liquefy.

Delayed liquefaction may indicate a problem with the prostate, the seminal vesicles, or the bulb urethral glands, which are also known as the male accessory glands.

If delayed liquefaction occurs, your doctor may follow up with a post-coital test (PCT). This fertility test evaluates the woman’s cervical mucus after sexual intercourse. If sperm are found and moving normally, the delayed liquefaction is not consider a problem.

Homeopathic medicines will very well act in Delayedliquefaction of semen.

Within 3 months we will expect a good result in this case

Oligoastenospermia ?
Oligospermia : Oligospermia defined as less number of sperm in the ejaculate of the male or less than 20 million sperm per milliliter.

Normal Sperm count : 20 million / milliliter to 120 million / milliliter

Sperm count below 20 million/ml called Oligospermia.

Azoospermia is defined as the absence of spermatozoa in the ejaculation.

Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia, Polyzoospermia, Oligozoospermia, Oligospermie, Asthenozoospermia, Asthenospermia, Teratospermia, Asthenoteratozoospermia and Teratozoospermia are terms associated with male fertility factor.

Oligospermia, Oligospermaesthenia (Poor Sperm Motility), oligoasthenospermia and Oligoasthenoteratospermia are the most common type of male infertility factor exist in repeated semen analysis with no known urological or endocrinology abnormalities found during examination and therefore in Allopathy there is no specific treatment

.

Spermatogenesis is corrected and all parameter of sperm analysis become normal with 7 to 9 month of homoeopathic treatment

Male Infertility Factor responsible in 30 % of infertile couple, and addition to this additional 20 %there is contributing male factor. There are several advantages when the man and the women treated simultaneously, prevents more expenses behind unnecessary investigations and saves time.

Homeopathic medicine found to be most effective therapy in treatment of Low Sperm Count, Low Sperm Motility, Low Sperm Volume, Abnormal Sperm cell Morphology, Delayed Seminal Liquefaction, Semen Viscosity, Anti Sperm Antibody and combination of the any of the disorder either Endocrine or Urology or of both.

Fallopian Tubes Block can be curable with homeopathic medicines
The female reproductive systems include two fallopian tubes, one on each side of the uterus. These flexible, trumpet-shaped tubes extend to the surface of each ovary. When the ovary releases an egg, finger-like projections at the flared end of the tube catch the egg. It is there, in the tube, that conception occurs if the egg meets sperm and becomes fertilized. Tiny hairs inside the tube’s lining push the resulting embryo (fertilized egg) out of the tube and into the uterus where it implants and grows.
Tubal-related infertility may result when one or both tubes are blocked, or scarring or damage to the tubes occurs.
What Causes Problems with Fallopian Tubes?
Blocked fallopian tubes may be caused by an infection from a sexually transmitted disease such as pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), which causes scar tissue to build up on the walls of the tubes. Endometriosis also may result in scar tissue and adhesions which can block the fallopian tubes.
How Does It Affect Infertility?
Adhesions may distort the normal structure of the fallopian tubes and make pregnancy difficult. Blocked, damaged, or scarred fallopian tubes can prevent the tubes from functioning properly. When scar tissue blocks the tubes, fertilization cannot occur since the egg can’t get through the blockage to the sperm. The blockage can also trap a fertilized egg near the ovary preventing it from traveling through the fallopian tubes to the uterus.
About 20 percent to 25 percent of infertility cases are due to problems with the fallopian tubes..

VERICOCELE TREATMENT WITHOUT SURGERY WITH HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES

A varicocele is an abnormal tortuosity and dilation of veins of the pampiniform plexus within the spermatic cord.. The exact connection between varicoceles and infertility is unclear, but the most commonly accepted theory is that varicoceles increase scrotal temperature, which negatively affects spermatogenesis.

Varicoceles are found in:40% of infertile men.20% of all men in the general population. The large majority are fertile with normal sperm

Urologists often diagnose and surgically repair varicoceles. However, correcting a varicocele (surgical procedure) often does not improve the semen quality enough to change the therapy that will be required to result in pregnancy for the couple. BUT HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINE CAN IMPROVE THE QULITY  OF SPERMS

What Can Cause Low Sperm Motility?can it curable with homeopathy treatment
There are a number of factors that can cause male fertility… what can cause low sperm motility the first kind of thing that can cause low sperm motility is nutritional issues. Some studies suggest, for example, that elevated levels of zinc, which may help a low sperm count, can also cause low sperm motility. While we don’t know exactly what foods will and won’t affect motility, eating a balanced diet can give you better health overall, which could certainly help with sperm motility.
Low sperm motility can be caused by certain medications. Some hormones, for example, as well as some steroids, can slow sperm down, make them weaker, and make it so that motility is much less than what is desired. In addition, the use of tobacco, while it is more likely to cause other sorts of health problems, is thought to cause low sperm motility as well. Even alcohol use may cause low sperm motility. Taking care of your body in general will also help your sperm motility overall. (Ref-http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/low-sperm-motility.html)

Undiagnosed and untreated thyroid disease can be a cause for infertility or recurrent miscarriage. The thyroid hormone is important for growth and metabolism, and because it regulates cellular function, abnormal thyroid function can affect your fertility.
Hypothyroidism — an under active thyroid — is a frequent cause of infertility. If the thyroid in under active, the hypothalamus and pituitary gland can sense this and try to kick things back to normal by increasing levels of the hormones TRH (thyroid-releasing hormone) and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) in your body. TRH, produced by the hypothalamus, prompts the pituitary to release TSH, which in turn stimulates the thyroid to do its job. However, TRH also prompts the pituitary to release more of the hormone prolactin. Elevations of prolactin can interfere with ovulation by suppressing release of the hormones LH and FSH, which stimulate the ovary. Low levels of thyroid hormone can also interfere with the rate at which your body metabolizes sex hormones, which can also cause ovulatory disorders.
Excess thyroid hormone — resulting either from an overactive thyroid gland or from taking too much thyroid hormone — can also cause problems. Thyroid hormone can block the effect of estrogen at various points in the body. That means the estrogen will not be as effective at getting its job done. This can make the endometrium (uterine lining) unstable and cause abnormal uterine bleeding.
A simple blood test for TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone ) is the most sensitive way to predict thyroid abnormality.
Some infertility specialists believe that for optimal fertility, the TSH level should be 2 mIU/ml or less. If you are found to have hypothyroidism, Homoeopathic medicines is very effective in restoring, the thyroid function and thus make normal  fertility.
